Our blades are the very highest quality slicing blades used in the food processing industry. Manufactured in Germany from special German and Swedish steels, our factory has over thirty years experience in producing Europe’s highest quality knives and blades used in bacon, meat and cheese production. These quality knives are made from high-speed steels that have the cutting edge uniquely hardened to Hoc 61 (+/-1). The cutting edge is made from special steel that can be reground to a depth of 8 - 10mm rather than the standard 3 - 4mm before replacement.
We offer three types of steel. Each has a place for specific applications: Tritech stainless steel - Longlift tool steel - Genesis powdered metal steel
An advantage we have here at Kassa Cutters USA® in being the two factory’s sole North American distributor is that we have very low overhead. We have over thirty years experience in importing German made industrial knives used by commercial printers and packaging companies. Our import, banking, and warehousing and shipping are completed in a most efficient manner.
